Pat Cully is a Virginia native, born on the Eastern Shore, who now resides in Richmond.

After graduation from Virginia Commonwealth University, she was employed as an advertising artist at a Richmond department store until its closing in 1990.

This prompted the launch of her successful, full-time freelancer career as a pen and ink illustrator.

In recent years, Pat created her Virginia and Carolina Collections in which she renders lighthouses and other historical landmarks. She continues to expand her collection into other states.
